How to File a DMCA Complaint

2 — Description of the Copyrighted Work
- Clearly identify the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
- Describe the material in sufficient detail for us to understand your claim
3 — Location of the Alleged Infringing Material
- Provide the exact location or description of where the material can be found on our service
- Include any relevant identifying details such as URLs, content titles, or descriptions
4 — Required Legal Statements
- A statement that you hold a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement confirming that the information provided in your notice is accurate
- A declaration made under penalty of perjury, where applicable
- Your physical or electronic signature

- We Review — Our team examines the notice for completeness and validity.
- Action Taken — Valid complaints are investigated and resolved within 24 hours.
Response Time Commitment: Every DMCA request received is processed within 24 hours. Valid complaints are dealt with promptly and appropriate action is taken in accordance with applicable copyright law.
False Claims Warning
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be held liable for any resulting damages, including legal costs.
